1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SecureAI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SecureAI provides AI-powered security intelligence through specialized personas covering compliance, penetration testing, defensive architecture, incident response, and cloud security. The Service includes:

• Access to 5 specialized security AI personas
• Credit-based usage system for running analyses
• Analysis history storage (maximum 10 analyses)
• Optional newsletter subscriptions for Pro and Expert tiers

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credit System and Billing

Credits are used to run security analyses. Credit policies:

• Free tier: 100 one-time starter credits upon signup
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Unused credits do not expire
• Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All analyses and recommendations provided by SecureAI personas are AI-generated and should be considered as guidance only. While our personas are trained on industry best practices and frameworks, you should always validate critical security decisions with qualified professionals and your internal team. SecureAI is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Generate malicious code or attack vectors for unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users

7. Analysis History and Data Retention

You may save up to 10 analyses in your history. When this limit is reached, the oldest analyses are automatically deleted (FIFO). You are responsible for exporting or backing up any analyses you wish to retain permanently.

8. Limitation of Liability

SecureAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
